Dubai is not just a city but also a country. It has the highest population in the UAE and has the second largest number of skyscrapers after New York. Dubai is one of the most populous cities in the world. The population of Dubai is around 4 million people. Dubai is home to some of the tallest buildings in the world including Burj Khalifa, which stands at 828 meters high. Dubai has many different neighborhoods, districts and suburbs which are known for their unique features, for example, Jumeirah and its beaches or Business Bay with its skyscrapers.
The government of Dubai, in an effort to get more people to buy homes and settle down in the city, has introduced a new initiative. Dubai Land Department will be giving away free homes to buyers who purchase properties worth at least AED 2 million. The offer is valid for all residential properties bought from January 1, 2018 onwards and is valid for a period of 5 years.
