CEO Valorem Real estate

Baha is a natural-born entrepreneur and visionary thinker. He holds Bachelor in Business Management and an MBA from Andhra University. He started his career in the real estate industry with one of the largest real estate companies in Dubai's early days, before he joined Dubai Properties Group for 2 years. In February 2005 he founded his first company in the real estate industry, Valorem Real Estate Brokers LLC. Over the years, he built up with Valorem a large portfolio of more than 400 properties under management. He also founded also Valorem Contracting, a construction company which has completed already 5 mid-size real estate projects during the last two years in Dubai. Some other of his companies are retail floristic shops, Technical Building Maintenance and Facility Management. Valorem events is an Event management company focused to organize all kind of private and public events within the Middle East. In 2018 he founded the Valorem Group to structure his companies under one roof. His expertise as serial entrepreneur combined with his network is one of the key factors of his success.
